**Bước 1:** Nhập Số điện thoại đã đăng ký tại Gopay -> chọn “**Quên mật khẩu**” trên màn hình đăng nhập.

Bước 2: Nhập mã OTP gửi về số điện thoại

Bước 3: Tạo và xác nhận mật khẩu mới -> Tạo mật khẩu mới thành công
